My SIM card has been blocked

Even though I still have in excess of £40.00 credit on my card O2 have chosen to block my card. I suspect that this action was taken because I haven't used my mobile for quite some time now. This is due to the Corona epidemic and the fact that I have been unable to visit the UK where I use the O2 mobile in preference to my German network. O2 took this action without warning me and to me this amounts to theft. I will continue to try and contact O2 to resolve this amicably. If thithis fails I will put the matter into the hands of my solicitor. User's recommendation: There are mobile phone network providers that provide a better service.
