My shopping basket has disappeared. ,,,Please Help !!! ...It already had about 42 or so items in it. I have been shopping over the past couple of weeks or so for myself and on behalf of my large family and several relations too. I have added to it as and when I have had the time to spare, carefully choosing from the huge clothing and footwear ranges, which takes quite some time to negotiate ! Many of the items were specific sizes, some of which were in shorter supply, and I wanted to make sure that they were all safe and secure in my basket. I and my family are shocked that all our painstaking work has seemingly gone ! I haven't told my relations yet, but it all involved a lot of negotiation and research to ensure correct sizes, styles, colour etc. for everyone involved as I'm sure you can imagine ! Please, please, please can you reinstate my basket to as it was, so that I may carry on shopping for all of us. There are many upset people involved here, expecting all these clothes and shoes, some for birthdays. Please please can you get my basket back for all of us Thank you. We await the correction, and your email to confirm, We have all been Debenhams shoppers and supporters for many years. I'm sure this is just a temporary glitch . We have always trusted you.
