My shoppeepay is deactivated

I forgot my shoppee pay pin and the number I used for that is missing and I can't find it. I already top up money to buy something for my brothers birthday. I tried numerous times to the pin that I know butbit didn't work. Now it is disabled. Please help me. The number that I used in shoppee pay: 0995802**** My new number 0956815**** Username: maureenjoyp
