Someone stole my sim card out of my phone. I lost my phone number and my 3 weeks of service that I had remaining. When I called I wasn't given any info on who had my number, what they had been doing or refunded or offered anything for the 3 weeks of service I had lost. User's recommendation: watch your phone.
