I have my bed for 3 years and have only used one control. I put the other one in my drawer and took it out for the first time today. Put a battery in and did not work. I searched and found it would cost me $125+ to replace a control that I never used. I just wanted the company to give me a replacement or sell me one for about $50. Sad!
