My salad I bought

I bought the Santa fe style salad with chicken on the 9th of May. Ii expired on the 11th of May. I opened it that evening of the 9th. There was the salad end of the romaine in with a little bit of lettuce. The corn was a little dry...to me not edible. User's recommendation: Buy the product way before the expired date.
