My postpaid bill payment was failed 3 times

I had bought a recharge deal but my additional cashback was not given till next 16 days,finally i got it when i raised the concern to their top management, incase if you are also facing same problem i would tell you to mark a mail to their management, b*******@paybackbazaar.com My postpaid bill payment was failed 3 times and when i called up PB customer care number listed on ther website, they said it is under process, please wait for next 2 hours, they made a commitment that they will update me but they never called, but the good part was my transaction was successful after 43 minutes of my last attempt. Thanks for refund me!!
