Attempted to pick up my glasses on October 11th and then again on October 25th. They are suppose to be open on Sundays til 5 PM however, on October 11th a sign was posted closed for emergency maintenance however, all the lights were off in the store and nobody was in there working. On October 25th they were once again closed with no reason why. I ordered glasses in the beginning of September and still have not received the glasses but, they definitely received payment for them. User's recommendation: Avoid LensCrafters in Menomonee Falls.
