Good morning, I am emailing your department because I want to complain on how I have been getting charged monthly while we were and are still going through a pandemic. I understand that I signed a contract to be charged monthly but the facility was closed. There for, it is a valid reason to why I shouldn’t have gotten charge these past couple months. Other gyms were kind enough to stop charging their members while we went through and still are going through a difficult time. For so long I’ve been a member before you guys bought out my old gym. Can you guys at least credit my account or give me options in resolving this? My agreement number is 062922****.
