My payment, which has been on automatic payment from the beginning

For some unknown reason, you did not send my payment to my bank and said that it was not paid. There was over $6000. in my checking account and there would be no reason for this to happen. If you want you can call my bank - The Peoples Savings Bank, Urbana, Ohio 43078 - 9**-**3-4000. I am really disturbed that all the people of your employ that I had to deal with - and they were very nice - but now I have it on my record that payment bounced. They couldn't solve my problem as they treated it as a new account. I have had total wireless for several years with no problems and I don't like having this on my record with you. It doesn't show up on my bank as it just isn't there. User's recommendation: cry a lot.
