I sent a parcel to Germany for Easter. It wasnt delivered and it was supposed to be returned. I went in the app and a claim was opened and shortly after marked as resolved. That may of been for you but not for me, I was told to wait and my parcel would be returned and I would be reimbursed. Im still waiting User's recommendation: Use the the post office.
