My order was flagged and stockx took my money but no Order went through

Original review updated by user Aug 11, 2021 Stockx flagged my order on the 6th august and said my payment wasnt successful so they cant proceed my order because its not verified my money is gone which is £147.40 and there is no history of my order so I dont know what to to I hope I get my money back so I can re order also I have tried contacting customer service but no one is responding to emails
