My order was delivered to the wrong address. I still don’t have it.

I ordered a closet 3 weeks ago and it was delivered to the wrong address. IKEA told me the elderly lady informed the delivery guys it was not hers, and they told her we are done for the day. They left my order and two others in the Lady’s garage. The IKEA rep said they would deliver my order today between 9-2. It is not here. XPO said there was no ticket sent to them. I am now on hold again to talk to you. If I end up coming there with a delivery truck, I think I should receive a discount off this order.,
