My order; over 2 weeks late!

HOUSE OF BEAUTY: I placed an order on 2/6/21 and still don't have my order! They have lied about it being shipped - the post office does not have it! The company will not answer or return my calls or emails, and the worst part is: THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD!!!! YES I AM PISSED! User's recommendation: Don’t order from this company.
