I placed an order for clothing for my granddaughter on September 18, 2020 in the amount of $100.40.. Transaction Number: 4M547886K9376103C: Invoice Number: 3951903. I have emailed [protected]@groopdealz.com and received no answer or response of any kind whatsoever. Do I need to seek legal means with this situation? I realize that the amount of money is not a lot to some people, but I have nearly 82 years old and it means a lot to me plus my granddaughter is quite disappointed. Please advise as to what my options are now, if any. I hate giving bad reviews for companies, but at this point, I must do something to either retrieve my money or receive the clothing ordered.
