I have tried to resolve this issue with more than 20 emails and attempted to call the 2 numbers they have for customer service multiple times to no avail. Every email is returned with a generic email stating that they are behind on their orders due to COVID-19 and 2 other emails state that my order was delivered. As I stated to them is they sent a useless chain and not the chainsaw that I paid for and ordered! User's recommendation: Never order from this company.
