My order is not delivered yet. It’s more than 10 days.

I had ordered on 13 June but it is not delivered yet. This is not the way. No any online store take this much time. Even my order was pre-paid. This is the worst service I have ever seen. Now... Neither I'll use this app nor recommend to others to use this. Even you don't have customer service number neither order tracking facilities.
