My Order Got cancelled.

My dad had ordered shoes Friday, today is Monday, He paid an extra 30$ for next day shipping and I know that i was supposed to receive them today! I did not. I want to check the status on the order and it said it had been cancelled. So he needs a refund or I need the order to be re shipped. Thank you.
