My order #195225

I just received my order and it is clearly oxidized as it is dark brown. I watched a YouTube video on how to apply it and it was clearly not the same color. The one on the video was more pale yellowish. I cant use this. I asked for a refund and did not receive a response. User's recommendation: Buyer beware.
