My order was never delivered. I have been charged the full amount. This is an online order. Im trying to cancel it and get a refund. Complete waste of time everything I try ends with nothing. Cant even on line chat. I tried phoning waiting half an hour on the phone and hung up. Terrible experience and Im out with almost no chance to get my money back. Frankly this should be illegal to make it so complicated to deal with a simple issue. User's recommendation: Give me my refund.
