My new car is flooding and they won’t do anything about it.

I bought a car from Koons Kia in June (2019 RAM 2500 with 15,000 miles. On the 2nd day of ownership, the drivers side was soaked with water from a large leak. I took it in, and they supposedly fixed it. I did notice it was a little weird because their service department contacted me letting me know that some completely unrelated service was completed (one I never ordered), and they had no idea when I mentioned that my car was flooding with water. I got the vehicle back, and it didn't rain for around two weeks. When it did, the car flooded just as badly. This was disappointing, because you can duplicate the issue with a garden hose in 60 seconds, so I know they didn't even check. The leak is a visible drip for god's sake . So anyways, I call them, complain a little. They say to take the vehicle back and this time they will not only fix it for free, but they will test the car to make sure it doesn't leak. I made sure to dry out the carpet beforehand to make it easier for them. Being a little suspicious that no work was actually being done on the vehicle, this time I called the service department directly after a few days. They claimed that "my rotors were all done and they were unable to duplicate the vibration issue on the road that I reported." Well, at least now I knew that they weren't actually doing anything to my car. I went to pick up my truck and the floormats were completely soaked. Either they tested it and it failed, or it just rained down their way and completely flooded my truck again. When I got home, it rained and my truck reflooded yet again. I called the dealership, and they asked if I could take the vehicle into a RAM dealership to have it fixed under warranty. I just wanted to solve the issue, so I said ok. Today, I took the vehicle in to Koon's RAM Chrysler in Tyson's. They told me they can't work on the car AT ALL... because get this.... Koon's Kia never filed the paperwork to register to car to Chrysler in my name. It's still registered in Canada, and until it's in my name, no dealership can do any warranty work on the vehicle. I called back Koon's Kia to ask them to register the car, and they told me it's going to be a few weeks before the registration will go through. I'm contacting a lawyer now, so I guess I'll update the review soon. User's recommendation: Avoid at all costs.
