My motor is shot – Kia problem. They won’t provide temporary transportation.

Software recall on 2011 Sportage. After done, began having engine problems. Towed to KIA of Puyallup. Took 4 days to get an answer. 3 weeks later it happened again. Say the engine needs to be replaced at their expense but would give me no replacement transportation and no completion date - may be months.DN User's recommendation: Do NOT buy a car there. They will NOT stand behind their customers.
