I am 74 years young. Two men arrived to Urb. Puerto Bahia, a Gated Community, in Rincón, PR 00677, in an unmarked white truck; neither of the men had Liberty Internet IDs. This occurred in Oct/Nov. 2020. As the wiring box for several homes sits in front of my home, #4 in Puerto Bahia, Rincon, PR 00677, and I happened to be home, I inquired what the men were there for? One man responded they were there to connect house #6 to Liberty Internet; that house had been re-sold. But, I observed one Liberty man running the wiring from the Internet Wiring box in front of my to house #4 to house #5? Houses 4 and house #5 share a common wall. Within a couple of days after that, whenever I was on my mobile phone I would hear Clicking sounds in the background. My sister Carmen Alice Rodriguez, who lives in NJ, also heard the clicking sounds and asked if I had heard the sound. I replied yes, I think my calls are being monitored! Shortly after that conversation the two men from Liberty returned to house #5. I saw them running a line from the back of the house #6 to house #5, The clicking sounds continues on my mobile phones whenever Im talking on my Mobile phone. Ive reported the incident to the Liberty Office in Aguadilla, PR. to no avail The Reps. change the information I report to them in favor of Liberty as opposed to having someone from Liberty investigate the situation!
