I was really looking forward to using this product for the longest. So, I opened the package and was really looking forward to fixing my zipper on my jacket and of course..... The light to the UV light isn't turning on at all. So, I of course am very disappointed. Please if it's possible to contact me to fix this problem, would be great. Thank u.... I don't know what info you may need to contact me but if u need a number, is there another way of providing it other than on here? Otherwise please contact me or give me an answer for why my UV light isn't working. Or if I'm doing something wrong.
