My last booking PNR is showing error in Indigo Pay balance

Hello team . I booked my ticket .but due to this covid virus situation.my ticket got cancelled.and the booked ticket amount saved in my account.but while I am doing login with the PNR and mail id there is showing errore.before 2 day that was open.that time there was showing no balance in my refunded account.what the *** this website frud people you are.i will file the RTI on this Easy my trip website
