I cannot download the 4 purchased tickets for the August 4, 2021 MLB game between the Phillies and the Washington Nationals. My iPhone will not upload my tickets! That's my problem. I called the service number. A young lady answered the phone. I gave the customer number to her a total of 5 times! I was put on hold for at least 8 minutes, then the call disconnected. The service call was a disaster. If I can't assistance then I've lost over $250.00 with Seatgeek. My # is 202-436-****. The call desk was no help! User's recommendation: Unless Seatgeek sends me copies of the printed tickets via an email, probably not.
