My hair is stuck in automatic curler

The very first time I put my hair in this curler , it rolled all the way up, and I thought " OMG it would be awful if my hair got stuck in this!" Well guess what? It surely freakin did! We had to take it apart bolt by bolt! Then it still wouldn't open. It took 2 people, 2 hours to free my hair! My hair is to my waist. Needless to say, all of it except that piece, that was right in the front by the way!. Do NOT BUY THIS. THE CONVAIR AUTOMATIC CURLER
