It should not be this hard to manage an FMLA case, or any other cases for that matter, when the company is in the claims' management business. Also, they should keep tabs on their employees and make sure they are doing their job. NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ARE NOT AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON. CASE MANAGERS ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO GET INTOUCH WITH. THIS COMPANY IS RIDICULOUS. User's recommendation: FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO USE.
