My experience trying to get a problem solved with my new printer/copier.
1
I had a very simple question. Virtual person she did not know the answer as she was just learning.Really? Sent me on a wild goose chased. Asked my serial number and explanation of my problem 4 times! Called corporate, hoping I could get some help there. Her solution to the problem? Wait for it.......unplug the copier from the wall. Totally frustrated and disgusted with all of this. User's recommendation: Don't bother to hit a button that says "Talk to a person". You will be sorry.I don't know what else to recommend, other than that all corporations are run by AI and if you do get a person, they are clueless. HP made its frustratingly difficult to get a problem resolved. .. they don't care once they have your money in hand. Also, learn to speak with a heavy Indian accent, Maybe you will understand them better. Go on their site only if you have an extremely tolerant frustration level. Good luck. Oh, an my question remains unanswered.
