They prey upon elderly wealthy people. My husband lost a great deal of money on advice of their agent. When I demanded documents and a recorded conversations or things in writing Cody never provided that. Also I believe its his brother that runs a similar operations Swan Energy which has not provided documents in writing. User's recommendation: Stay away.
