First American was called 5/28/21 due to no a/c- now it's 8/10/21 in Arkansas with heat index over 100 degrees. It was either the warranty companies fault or the repair service that was contracted. This same warranty company allowed this same household to be w/o central heat/gas, for over 2 weeks when Arkansas saw the lowest temp in over 20 years- 0 -10 degrees daily- User's recommendation: never spend a dime w/this company-.
