Hi my sim card has been hacked on the 27 of July 2021 and I lost 22999 rands in my FNB account .I reported the issue to the FNB fraud department they said I must wait for 7 to10 working days for investigation.They finished investigation they find nothing wrong with their system nor their employees.I told them my sim card has been hacked that's why the criminal get access to my account.Now they said I must bring a written proof stating that my sim . please may you provide me with the print out.my number is 078749**** Artwell Musinake print out card has been hacked
