My compensation

I have been waiting over a year now to be compensated for the damages caused from this company. My floors , ceilings , shoes and clothes were ruined due to the employees hooking my washer up incorrectly. The adjuster from their company suggested I wash my clothes and shoes that were damaged. My floors and ceilings were also damaged due to the water leaking. I NEED MY COMPENSATION
