My card wasn’t charged

Hello,I tried to charge my bank debit card on my profile and it declined. I have sufficient fund on my bank debit card and i don't seems to understand why it will decline my card. here is my users name on ourtime - Tina. please kindly look into it and get back to me on my email Interactcom@***.com Thanks in anticipation Tina
