Turo listed my car, let a customer drive and will not pay me! They are putting me off and not answering any of my emails. Bad customer service. When i expressed My concerns about my payment and told them they had poor customer service they blocked my account. I am A allstar host and this is how they treat you when you want answers User's recommendation: I would Not recommend, because they don’t have actual people to help they only have chat. What if something happen! There’s no one to help when things are urgent l.
