Work done in Colorado and shop in Kansas says it isn't the same franchise and expects payment to figure out problem Waited 14 days to have them do a warranted "5 minute" job. Returned the next day with rhe same problem. Asked for paperwork and was given 2 of 3 pages of the first days work. Nothing the second time. Was told "a bolt was loose." ... but took 2 hours to tighten??? THEN, AGAIN told it was fixed - drove 440 miles to my 91 yr old father who had been alone all that time to find the problem still exists. LFurious.
