My bike wasn’t updating

Original review updated by user Jul 23, 2021 So, I have a Proform C22 and I thought my bike was toast. I was so scared it was forever ruined and never going to update. I thought I had tried it all. I did resets and and unplugging and all sorts of random nonsense thinking I could fix it to no avail. Finally, I gave in and called customer service. I was sent to a software support person who was very kind. He walked me through every little step and stayed on the phone with me while I went through all the steps. He then emailed me all the instructions in case I needed them again later. step. User's recommendation: Just make the call and ask for help.
