My app did not auto reload and could not do my laundry

i wanted to do laundry today like i do every sunday. last week i had an issue the app did not reload when my funds got down to certain level it usually auto reloads it did not and it ended up with a negative amount whne i tried to auto reload it would do anything so now i need to get his fixed i have laundry i need to get done
