My acct. was charge twice in a month.
i had been a member for 5 years now, i tried to froze my acct. a few months ago and i did but i wasnt aware that i called 2 days later than my bill due, but even though i called late i stopped goin before my bill due which i figured when they told me about the exact date of my bill due because i know i was working 2 days before i called them to froze my acct. so just recently they charge my acct. twice in a month , they had me pay for the whole month which is so inconsiderate and so disappointing.
