My account won’t work

I was in a party chat and then it kick me out saying I was banned I did absolutely nothing wrong Im not sure what I should do because I spent a lot of money on that account alone plus I just renewed PlayStation plus for a year last month and I feel like its gonna be a waste User's recommendation: Sony is a good company.
