My account was debited but no refund

I filed with turbo tax 4/28/21 my account was debited 8/6/21 but no refund tax was given to me. This initial payment was suppose to be only debited out of my account once Ive received my tax refund. This has been almost 4 months later??? Why was my account debited 127.92 I have no clue? Ive called every number possible for an explanation but received none??
