This is the worst bank ever. My account was closed for no reason and I was told when this first started that it was my employers fault when in fact pnc just closed my account first then sent mail to state so. After freezing my money so I've been fighting now almost 2 weeks to get a pay check when I live check to check like most of America does. And if u complain it falls on deaf ears. They can't provide u with proper info just lies upon lies from all u speak to. And placing blame on direct deposit employers. This place is the worst period and I believe I should take this to court for their lack of attention and for their lack of proper communications to their customers.
