I was trying to send some money on Monday and I put in the wrong password twice ,I got locked out of my account I really need to get the situation resolved because my son is over there in the hospital in Ghana and I need to get money to the doctors I was told to call within 24 to 48 hours that was Monday today day is Thursday and when I tried to go into do something in the situation have not been resolved I call remit customer service I was put on hold for a minute and nobody came back and,Phone call went into a dial tone so thats why Im calling back
