This is a second ban I have received in one month and I have been on NextDoor for over 3 years now. I have a COVID-19 resource group of 1, 400 which needs my daily involvement and regular posting of local and national resources. The group is now unmanned since I am the only Admin and, as a result of the ban, my neighborhood community will suffer. The examples of violations I have been provided with are politically-based and directly counter first amendment rights as well as speak to false advertising practices of NextDoor. It has become apparent (most complaints here also speak to this) that the platform is not all-inclusive and does not support conservative views - which are held by (according to the recent presidential election) almost half of voting population of the U.S. By doing so, the platform breeds division on the very neighborhoods it aims to bring together.
