So Ive been locked out of my account for a total of about 30 hours now and Ive been emailing constantly and calling everything but no help at all and my friend tried to help me and tried to login in to his snap on my phone and now his account has been locked too and we didnt even do anything Im super pissed beyond reason!!!!!! User's recommendation: Be careful.
