My Account and Medicare Part D coverage was cancelled

I changed address in April 2019 and notified Silver Script. In Nov 2020, their data system changed my current address back to our old address without my knowledge, which is where they started mailing our monthly invoices for premiums. I was not receiving any invoices after that time and therefore did not make any payments. Silver Script suspended my account at the end of Jan 2022 without notifying me and will not reinstate my account after several explanations of what happened. User's recommendation: Find a more responsive Part D insurance provider.
