[protected] Order freezing and driver drove past house twice, no idea where he was going and rude when he turned up. [protected] Order completely wrong and only juice delivered which was leaking through the bag. Driver said sorry and never realised there was juice in the bag. Leaked onto my carpet!!! [protected] Food freezing and chicken undercooked. [protected] 1hour 30 mins for delivery. Restaurant 5 minutes away driver admitted he didn't know where he was going. Absolutely freezing and disgusting. Do your drivers know the areas they are delivering too? I've never complained like this before but the service is diabolical.
