Multiple Delays and Dishonest Communications

Ordered a shed in early April. Issues right off the bat with the online order system that took 3 days to sort out, but we got that fixed and set a delivery date of May 19th. I called multiple times in between (both corporate and local) to confirm everything was on track - always got confirmation and everything was good and May 19th would hold. I took the day off from work, then on May 18th, I get a call to cancel the installation -- my shed isn't at the local site and they don't have any idea when it will be there. After multiple calls back and forth with the local shop, they confirm it's "on the truck" and will be there on May 21st, so they can install on May 22. I'm mad that I took a day off for no reason, but I say ok...fine...that will work...and I take May 22nd off too. Then, of course, on May 22 (today) in the late afternoon I get another call that my shed didn't arrive locally and it now on backorder. It won't be delivered locally until late June and they won't install it until July 23rd. Yes...that's 16 weeks after my order, despite multiple confirmations that everything was on track. They were dishonest about inventory when I ordered and during my wait. They were dishonest about delivery and installation schedule. And they really still have no idea when my shed will really be here. Of course, they took my money up front...that was very efficient. Horrible experience that has now wasted months of time...and I still don't have any path to getting my shed. I'm cancelling my order. User's recommendation: Run away - Buy from someone honest who will deliver.
