Purchased not one but 3 condensate pumps for our rentals, not one pump worked. Each one only worked when upside down. Now we are waiting weeks for there response to our request to return there junk. The store says they do not take any pumps back. Plus if you call there customer service as the store paperwork says to do. The phone numbers say they no longer do customer service over the phone... User's recommendation: Do not buy any pumps from this vendor.
