Order no. [protected] I ordered both right and left lower ball joints and tie rod ends. I did the passenger side no problem. When I got to the drivers side I open the box and the lower ball joint had a slit in the boot. I sent it back for a replacement. The replacement I received yesterday and it has a hole in the boot. Now when I try to do a return you say your not comfortable with sending another part and want to do a refund. If I had known what a pain Movtec parts would be I would have ordered MOOG. Now I have Movtec on the passenger side I would like to finish the job on the drivers side with the same. If not I need to replace both right and left lower ball joints with Moog. This is a great inconvienence. I have dedicated 2 days to this job and it's not done. It seems lately more than 50% of my orders have to be returned. Not Happy!
